All copyrights and trademarks held by CozyDorms with respect to its logos and content posted on the Website by CozyDorms etc are the intellectual properties of CozyDorms and all rights are reserved on the same.
This Agreement and any operating rules for CozyDorms established by CozyDorms constitute the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all previous written or oral agreements between the parties with respect to such subject matter.
