You can book accommodation with cozydorms directly through our website. All the photographs are taken and verified by our team before uploading them on the website. Be rest assured, you get what you see.
In case you want to visit property before making a decision, you can schedule a visit to our property by simply filling the form” Schedule a Visit” next to property.

Booking amount to be paid after finalizing the accommodation and the date of move-in is 1 month’s rent plus 1 month deposit.

We will need a copy of:

  • 1. Government Approved ID proof like Pan Card
  • 2. Address proof like Aadhar Card, Passport etc.
  • 3. Two recent passport size photographs.

Cancellation before 72 hours from the move-in date

25% of the rent amount will be deducted from the booking amount and remaining balance will be refunded.

Cancellation before 48 hours from the move-in date

50% of the rent amount will be deducted from the booking amount and remaining balance will be refunded.

Cancellation before 24 hours from the move-in date

75% of the rent amount will be deducted from the booking amount and remaining balance will be refunded.

Cancellation on or after the date of move-in date.

Entire rent amount will be forfeited and only the deposit amount will be refunded.

The lock in period for the rental stay will be 2 months. The tenant will have to stay for minimum 2 months from the date of move-in. In case the tenant moves out within 2 months from the date of move-in, the deposit amount collected at the time of booking will be forfeited.
On completion of the lock-in period, if the tenant wishes to move-out of his accommodation, the tenant has to give a 1 month notice in advance before the date of his leaving the property.
In case 1 month notice is not served, then the deposit amount will be forfeited.

A. Rent includes-

  • 1. Lodging & Furnishing charge of items we provide
  • 2. Society maintenance charges
  • 3. DTH & WIFI connection set up & router charges
  • 4. Monthly WIFI service charges

B. Rent does not include –

  • 1. Cooking Gas Charges
  • 2.Monthly Electricity bill Charges

C. Rent renewal – Mode of payment & late payment fee-

The License Fee/Rent amount must be paid on or before due date
Rent payment can be paid only online only. We do not accept rent payments in cash.
In case the rent is not paid on or before due date, maximum grace period of 3 days will be given to the tenant.
On completion of 3 days of grace period, in case the rent amount is still not paid, then late payment charge of R.S 250 per day of delay will be payable over and above the rent amount.
For Example – If the rent amount of R.s 7000 is due on 1st Jan 2018 and rent is not paid on 1st Jan 2018, then grace period of 3 days will be given. In case the rent is still not paid till 4th Jan, then late payment fee will be levied.
So if the tenant decides to pay on 5th Jan, he will have to pay 7250 (Rent – 7000+ 250 late payment fee).
In case the tenant pays on 6th Jan, he will have to pay 7500(Rent -7000+250*2 days).
If the rent remains unpaid for 15 days, then CozyDorms will terminate the rental agreement and any unpaid dues plus the damages will be recovered from the deposit amount and the balance amount will be refunded.

  • 1. No guests are allowed to stay overnight without prior written permission.
  • 2. Guests of opposite gender are strictly not allowed.
  • 3. The tenant shall be held responsible for conduct of his/her guests in the premise & its consequences thereafter. Any financial losses incurred shall be borne by the tenant.

The tenant shall be responsible for his/her belongings in the scheduled premise. The owner or its representatives shall not be liable for any theft of personal belongings of the tenants.
In case of theft/loss of any furnishing or appliance or furniture, the tenant shall be held responsible & owner or its representative shall have the right to deduct money from security deposit of tenants towards compensation of the loss.
